入会方法 Membership application process

入会方法をご確認の上、記入済みの申込書と共に下記書類を info@jcci.org.sg までご提出ください。
Please review the membership application process and submit the following documents along with the completed application form to info@jcci.org.sg.

会員種別 Membership Type	必要書類（PDF） Required Documents (PDF copy)
法人会員 Corporate Member	ACRA ビズファイルの写し、または Enterprise Singapore による Approval letter Copy of the ACRA Biz File OR Approval letter from Enterprise Singapore (Representative Office)
個人会員 Individual Member	略歴書および EP もしくは Work Pass の写し（FIN/NRIC 番号は隠してお送りください） CV and copy of Employment Pass (EP) / Work Pass (please send without revealing the FIN/NRIC numbers)
準会員 Associate Corporate Member	① シンガポールで登記の非日系企業：ACRA ビズファイルの写し、または Enterprise Singapore による Approval letter Companies in Singapore (less than 30% Japanese participation) ② シンガポール以外で登記の企業（日本を含む）：登記簿謄本、または登記国における法人登記証明の写し Companies registered outside Singapore (including Japan): official registration document in the registered country

JCCI は、会員申請を受け入れるか拒否するかについて、常にその裁量で決定する権利を有します。
JCCI always reserves the right and in its absolute discretion to accept or reject applications for membership as it deems fit.

I/We agree to abide by the By-Laws, rules and regulations of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Singapore, and am/are aware of the following.

① シンガポール日本商工会議所（JCCI）の定款、規則、その他の内規を誠実に遵守すること — To faithfully observe the Constitution, rules and other internal regulations of JCCI. ② JCCI および JCCI 基金のプライバシーポリシー（PDPA）規定 — The privacy policy (PDPA) provisions of JCCI and the JCCI Foundation. ③ JCCI の活動における主要言語は日本語であること — The primary language in JCCI activities is Japanese. ④ 反社会的勢力ではないこと — We are not an anti-social force.

シンガポールの個人情報保護法（Personal Data Protection Act 2012）に基づき、申請を提出することで、JCCI のメーリングリストに登録され、毎年発行される JCCI 会員名簿に会社の詳細が掲載されることに同意したことになります。提供された個人情報は、メーリングリストに含まれるサービスの提供、および市場調査やアンケートを通じた会員ニーズの理解のために使用されること、JCCI が既存のデータベースと統合すること、JCCI の全従業員が上記目的で利用することに同意したものとみなされます。アクセス、訂正、異議申し立ての権利を請求できます。
In compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012, by submitting your application you agree to be included in the JCCI email address list and to have your company details published in the yearly JCCI Membership Directory. The personal data provided may be used to provide services such as the JCCI email list and to better understand members' needs (e.g., market research and surveys), and JCCI may consolidate it with existing data. You may request rights of access, correction, and objection.
